We had such a great time at the bowling party last year at Limerick Bowl. We had such a great turn out about 200 of our patients were there and even our mascot showed up!

Do you have any friends or relatives who would like to have braces? Do you know anyone on your sports team, people from church, people from work, in your neighborhood or at school who need braces? Please take some of our business cards, write YOUR name on the back of them, and give them to anyone you know who wants braces. When your friends come in for an Orthodontic Evaluation with our business card and your name on it we will enter it into a drawing to win the coolest prize. The more friends you send, the more chances you will have to win!

Dr. McSurdy, Dr. Pavlow and staff have visited numerous schools during the months of March and April. We visit schools and educate the students about dental health while incorporating math, science and reading.

The schools included were the Limerick Chapel, Falkner-Swamp Nursery and the Trappe YMCA. Students from Skippack Elementary School, South Elementary and Evergreen attended the YMCA program.

We have decided to have a mascot for our office, but we can’t think of a great name for our monkey. Please help us out by filling out a form in our office with your suggestion. Our staff will vote on a name and the patient who comes up with the best name will win a baby monkey. (stuffed animal of course!)

The mascot’s name is Sir Braealot, and Sean won a stuffed monkey!

Thank you for all of your support helping our 3 staff members raise money to walk in the 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk in October. Each girl had to raise $2200 to participate. In order to do this they hosted a Beef-N-Beer, held some basket raffles, participated in a fund raiser at McDonalds in Gilbertsville as well as some generous donations.

Take a picture of yourself in your McSurdy T-shirt and we will enter your picture into our contest to win a gift card to Wal-Mart. The pictures will be judged in the following categories: Funniest, Most Original, and Farthest Place away.

This summer we are having our annual Post Card Contest. Just send us a postcard from anywhere. You may send as many cards as you wish. We will enter it into our drawing for a chance to win a camera. We will pick 3 winners in each office. We love receiving postcards from all over the world!

Approximately 60 of our patients and their families enjoyed watching the movie, "Over the Hedge" under the stars on Friday, September 7. The weather was perfect. We hope everyone who came had a good time. We are planning to have another movie night some time next year. We will keep you posted
